Dye Sublimation:

Some of our plaque plates are created with a technology called Dye Sublimation.

Dye sublimation is a process where solid dye particles are changed into a gas using heat and pressure, bond with any polymers present, and change back into a solid.

Since the plaque plates are dyed there is nothing that can rub off. The result produces stunning color images.

Dye sublimation is often used to produce sports uniforms, clothing, draperies, carpeting and other areas in textile industries.
